An experienced property developer and company director. As major shareholder across several development companies, Mr. Yap plays an active role in planning, management, financial oversight and daily operations — and serves as in-house contractor, overseeing site activities, sub-contractors, suppliers and authority handovers.

As a Project Manager since 2023, he has successfully delivered a 94-unit super-link terrace project and a three-storey factory — both on time. Recognised for strong leadership, problem-solving, and a commitment to industry standards.
